01. About Me
I'm a State Engineer in Computer Science from EMSI, based in Rabat / Casablanca, and an Oracle Certified Professional (Java SE 17). I design and ship complete digital systems — from pixel-perfect marketing sites to multi-tenant SaaS platforms with AI orchestration.
At Voom Digital I architect a production AI customer-service platform — 8+ channels, 7 orchestrated models, autonomous function calling, hybrid RAG, voice responses, and an 8-condition eligibility engine sustaining 100+ webhooks/s at 99.9% uptime.
I built a unified MCP centralizer that federates multiple Zoho tenants under a single Model Context Protocol surface for Claude, and engineered end-to-end Meta → Webhook → CRM pipelines (Zoho & Salesforce) — including a Chatwoot bridge that lifted client conversion by +15%.
Side-projects include safq.ai (Next.js 16 SaaS with Stripe + NextAuth v5), a FabLab automation system at Orange Morocco, and 7+ shipped client websites.
